Refund Policy

Information on refund-related terms and conditions for items purchased on thirstywolfbeverages.com

Once the product is bought it cannot be returned or replaced to the seller. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different/wrong item being delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement as applicable, if the issue is reported with proper supporting pictures within (3) days from the date of delivery.
We may contact you to determine the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement.
Refunds will be processed only to your original bank account through which the payment for the order was done , (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)).

Refund timeframe:
For NEFT to Bank account: up to 15 business day

Note:
Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Thirsty Wolf Beverages account should match with the name of the bank account holder. The customer needs to send a copy of cancelled cheque/ bank statement for the verification of the same. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
